sftp.messagexchange.com additional host key

From 10am on Wednesday the 19th of August 2026, we will enhance our SFTP service on sftp.messagexchange.com by adding support for an additional host key.

This host key will be offered in addition to the existing host key, which will remain available.

Most customers should experience no disruption to their SFTP service. However, if your SFTP client or integration validates server host keys, you may be prompted to trust the new host key or add it to your trusted host key store.

SSH keys and SFTP passwords used for authentication are not changing.

If you require a copy of the new host key, or have any questions about this change, please contact the our support team.

This change does not affect any other SFTP servers in the MessageXchange network.
