Certificate change for www3.messagexchange.com Aug 18, 2026 08:30-09:30 AEST
The SSL certificate for www3.messagexchange.com will be replaced on 18th August 2026 at 8:30am.
We don't expect any impact to users.
This does not affect our other certificates or endpoints.

sftp.messagexchange.com additional host key Aug 19, 2026 10:00-11:00 AEST
From 10am on Wednesday the 19th of August 2026, we will enhance our SFTP service on sftp.messagexchange.com by adding support for an additional host key.
This host key will be offered in addition to the existing host key, which will remain available.
Most customers should experience no disruption to their SFTP service. However, if your SFTP client or integration validates server host keys, you may be prompted to trust the new host key or add it to your trusted host key store.
SSH keys and SFTP passwords used for authentication are not changing.
If you require a copy of the new host key, or have any questions about this change, please contact the our support team.
This change does not affect any other SFTP servers in the MessageXchange network.

We will be replacing the SSL certificate for www.messagexchange.com on 20th August at 8:30am AEST. Other endpoints/URLs are not affected.
We do not expect any interruption to service, however some B2B clients may be using this certificate in their configuration, and may need to make changes.
If you access our services using a web browser, you are not affected by this change.
